Weekly workout

Mon 9/27: 2 mile road run. Man, hammys still sore from those 100s Saturday.
Wed 9/29: 2 mile road run.
Fri 10/1: 3 mile road run.
Sun 10/3: 1 mile warmup, 9x200m sprints, 1/2 mile cooldown.

One unexpected cool side effect of these weekly sprinting sessions is that they are really toning my pecs! 🙂

Not sure why those 100s made me sore in the hamstrings, since it’s been awhile since 200s or 400s have made me sore. I guess twice as many starts & stops.
