10/30: Sun. “Twin-peaks” track workout: 1 mile warmup jog, 100meter sprint, 100m walk, 200ms, 200mw, 300ms, 300mw, 400ms(1:19), 300mw, 300ms, 200mw, 200ms, 100mw, 100ms, 100mw, 200ms, 200mw, 300ms, 300mw, 400ms(1:22), 300mw, 300ms, 200mw, 200ms(38sec),100mw,100m sprint(17sec).
Cooled down by push-mowing back yard 🙂
