Weekly workout

3/7 (Mon): 2 mile road run
3/11 (Fri): 2 mile road run
Left foot hurting, bruse next to ball of foot below 2nd toe, can’t walk barefoot on hard surface, can’t run much or without extra padding. Don’t know what’s causing it, but it’s making a wonderfully SUCKY excuse to not run! At this rate, I don’t know HOW I’m going to get thru a 15k @Muenster next month.
