Well, I’m FINALLY going to get back into the workout regimen and I haven’t felt like I have run enough in the mean time to be worth recording. I had had really bad bronchitis, then a knee injury and other things which have really crimped my running in the past year.

4/5 (Wednesday): 1 mile road run.
4/7 (Friday): 2 mile road run.
4/8 (Saturday): 3 mile road run.
