Weekly workout

Woohoo! They’re again having the allcomers meets again in Ft. Worth this year after a 1 year hiatus. So, more motivation to try sprinting again, bad knee & all!

Sunday 5/14: 2 mile road run
Tuesday 5/16: 3 mile road run
Thursday 5/18: 2 mile road run
Saturday 5/20: 1/2 mile warmup, 4x200m “strides”, 1/4 mile cooldown
