Get Thunderbird to open links w/Firefox

When clicking on a url link in Thunderbird, it did nothing. Searched all the configure options for a way to specify a browser, could not find ANYTHING?!?! Anyway, Google is your friend – found this:

Go to Edit.Preferences.Advanced.Config Editor (like about:config in ff), then change:

network.protocol-handler.app.http and network.protocol-handler.app.https from ‘mozilla-firefox’ to ‘/usr/local/bin/browse’ (or any other handler script)! I got this here:

You can also install “ThunderBrowse” extension to enable viewing within Thunderbird, from here:
