This week we went to a free Zumba session!  Man, Great workout, as I was moving muscles I did not know I had!  I fully expected to be very sore the next day, but no, not even stiff! I’ll still take running or badminton for a serious workout any day!  I admit taking a Magnesium pill and an Advil just after the workout, then we walked a mile to chill out.  That is most likely what prevented soreness. Another week w/no rain, temperatures over 100 and not falling below 80 at night.

Then there’s all the hot air coming out of Washington DC on further overdrawing our nation’s bank account¡ My sincerest apologies to the rest of the world for our nation being stuck on stupid and dragging down your stock markets and economies.  This is really a national disgrace and embarrassment.  This issue is very simple, the government needs to spend only what it can beat out of us in taxes.  The best way to do this would be to stick with spending only on things authorized by the Constitution.  We should also stop fighting pointless wars we have no intention of actually winning.

Busting Posse Comitatus: Military Cops Arrest Civilians in Florida City – “Military checkpoints … have nothing to do with drunk drivers or seat belts.  They acclimate the public to soldiers manning checkpoints…” – me:Scary!  The Constitution implicitly & this statute explicitly leave police powers to the States, barring a presidential emergency declaration of martial law!!

New NASA Data Blow Gaping Hole In Global Warming Alarmism” – me:See, Mother Earth is bigger, and better at self-regulating then we think!

“There’s an old, possibly apocryphal story about a Republican congressional aide who told a group of visiting Russian legislators that the U.S. has a two-party system divided between the Stupid Party and the Evil Party. ‘Periodically, the two parties get together and do something stupid and evil,’ the aide is supposed to have said. ‘That is called bipartisanship.'” – W.
